CPN (UML) secretary Yogesh Bhattarai has said that the government was working in a systematic way to troubleshot country’s ongoing problems. Yogesh Bhattarai 11At a news conference organised here by Press Chautari Nepal Kaski chapter this morning, Bhattarai said that the efforts made to resolve the crises were moving ahead positively. “Confusions have been created regarding the new constitution in Madhes. The elites in the Madhes have been misusing the gullibility of the commoners to restore the leaders’ regime. It is necessary to demarcate the elites and general public in Madhes,” the UML secretary said. Stating that the government has forwarded the constitution amendment bill to end the crises, Bhattarai argued that Nepalis themselves are capable of addressing the country’s internal affairs. Bhattarai also said that House disruption by the Nepali Congress was irrelevant. He further said that the issue of boundary delineation of federal states would not be changed right this moment and the agitating parties should agree in the formation of a parliamentary or political committee or accept the provision of the federal commission as ensured by the constitution. On a separate context, Bhattarai said that a deal on trade of petroleum products with China would be inked next week adding that efforts were on to open the borders in the country’s northern side.
