Reacting to a habeas corpus writ documented by Dixit’s significant other Shanta Dixit, the SC had requested the CIAA to create Dixit at the court on Thursday. Dixit’s life partner Shanta on Wednesday had enlisted the request of at the zenith court guaranteeing that the capture of Dixit is unlawful. She had named the CIAA and the Special Court as respondents. The Special Court on Sunday had remanded Dixit to a 10-day legal guardianship compelling from Friday. Dixit was captured on April 22 (Friday) on the charge of gathering property through unlawful means.
